What began as a necessity quickly became a passion — and I’ve been perfecting my craft ever since. My goal is simple: to help every client look good and feel even better. I specialize in protective styles, silk presses, ponytails, and sew-ins — all while focusing on the health of your natural hair underneath. When you sit in my chair, it’s more than just a style — it’s a full-service experience. CANCELLATION POLICY
📌 Cancellation & No-Show Policy – By Gem.Jayla To respect both your time and mine, please take note of the following: • Cancellations must be made at least 15 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after this window will result in a 25% cancellation fee. • No call, no shows will also be charged a 25% fee and may be blocked from future bookings. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed if you are running late. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at my discretion. • All cancellation and reschedule requests should be made directly through the online booking site. • Any fees must be paid before booking a new appointment.
